The JS28128 is a StrataFlash Embedded Memory. The JS28128 provides density upgrades from 64-Mbit through 512-Mbit. This family of devices provides high performance at low voltage on a 16-bit data bus. Individually erasable memory blocks are sized for optimum code and data storage.

JS28128 features: (1)85 ns initial access; (2)52 MHz with zero wait states, 17ns clock-to-data output synchronous-burst read mode; (3)25 ns asynchronous-page read mode; (4)4-, 8-, 16-, and continuous-word burst mode; (5)Buffered Enhanced Factory Programming (BEFP) at 5 μs/byte (Typ); (6)1.8 V buffered programming at 7 μs/byte (Typ).
