Product Summary

The FOD053LR1 is a LVTTL/LVCMOS High Speed Transistor Optocoupler consists of an AlGaAs LED optically coupled to a high speed photodetector transistor. The device is specified for operation at a 3.3V supply voltage. A separate connection for the bias of the photodiode improves the speed by several orders of magnitude over conventional phototransistor optocouplers by reducing the basecollector capacitance of the input transistor. The applications of the FOD053LR1 include Line receivers, Pulse transformer replacement, High speed logic ground isolation: LVTTL/LVCMOS, Wide bandwidth analog coupling.
