The ISO7220CD is a dual-channel digital isolator.The ISO7220CD has a logic input and output buffer separated by TI silicon-dioxide (SiO2) isolation barrier, providing galvanic isolation of up to 4000V. Applications of the ISO7220CD include: Industrial Fieldbus, Computer Peripheral Interface, Servo Control Interface and Data Acquisition.
