The STDC1150BCE-UA3 is an N-channel 60V - 0.022Ω - 35A dpak/ipak STripFET power MOSFET. It is the latest development of STMicroelectronics unique Single Feature Size strip-based process. The resulting transistor shows extremely high packing density for low on-resistance, rugged avalance characteristics and less critical alignment steps therefore a remarkable manufacturing reproducibility. The applications of the STDC1150BCE-UA3 include high-efficiency DC-DC converters, motor control, audio amplifiers, DC-DC & DC-AC converters, automotive.
