The W83627HG-AW evolving product from most popular I/O family of the Winbond. The W83627HG-AW features a whole new interface, namely LPCLow Pin Countinterface, which will be supported in the next generation Intel chip-set. The W83627HG-AW provides a set of flexible I/O control functions to the system designer through a set of General Purpose I/O ports. The W83627HG-AW is made to fully comply with Microsoft PC98 and PC99 Hardware Design Guide.
