The ISL6420IAZ is a Synchronous Buck Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) Controller which makes simple work out of implementing a complete control and protection scheme for a highperformance DC/DC buck converter. Designed to drive N-channel MOSFETs in a synchronous rectified buck topology, the ISL6420IAZ integrates control, output adjustment, monitoring and protection functions into a single package.
