The MAX3002EUP is an 8-channel level translator. The MAX3002EUP provides the level shifting necessary to allow data transfer in a multivoltage system. Logic signals present on the VL side of the MAX3002EUP appear as a higher voltage logic signal on the VCC side of the device, and vice-versa. Applications of the MAX3002EUP include: cellphones, SPIand MICROWIRE Level Translation, Low-Voltage ASIC Level Translation, Smart Card Readers, Cellphone Cradles, Portable POS Systems, Portable Communication Devices, Low-Cost Serial Interfaces, GPS and Telecommunications Equipment.
